At AUGMENTED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Because each unit is produced individually, our return policy is structured as follows:

Defects & Errors (Our Fault)

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or is damaged during transit, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Requirements for Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Initiate Request: Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order via support@augmentedcw.com, Instagram (@augmntd_), or TikTok (@augmntd_) with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos or video evidence showing the defect/damage
Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
No Unauthorized Returns: Packages sent back without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.

Size Exchanges & Store Credit Alternative

If the fit isn’t right or the piece doesn’t meet your standard, we offer straightforward returns and size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Fast-Track Size Credit Option: To avoid the hassle and time of return shipping, we can issue an immediate Store Credit or a high-value Discount Voucher so you can keep the current item and order your correct size right away.
