We want you to be fully satisfied with your unit.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or is damaged during transit, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Because Each Unit Is Made to Order
All units are produced individually and on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Worn or used items

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (outside EU cooling-off rights)

Items returned without original condition, tags, or original packaging

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your unit upon delivery.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged unit, or a defective product, contact us immediately at support@augmentedcw.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Conditions apply:

Original tags must be attached

The item must be returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs under the EU withdrawal right are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
